Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Lead the recruitment process, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive, fair, and legal work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as conflict resolution, career development, and performance improvement.
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Organize employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
  • Monitor HR metrics and make recommendations for improving employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and upper management, ensuring a healthy and transparent communication channel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist (X+ years of experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
  • A proactive, empathetic approach to managing employee relations and organizational development.
