Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as conflict resolution, career development, and performance improvement.

- Organize employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
- Develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
- Monitor HR metrics and make recommendations for improving employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and upper management, ensuring a healthy and transparent communication channel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist (X+ years of experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
