The Human Resource Manager is a strategic and hands -on role responsible for overseeing the full cycle of Human Resources while managing a team of experienced HR professionals. This position is crucial for delivering exceptional internal customer support, developing career paths for employees, ensuring optimal hiring practices, and driving HR functional excellence.<\/span><\/span>

What will I be doing?<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/div>
  • Be a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and individual team members to help them deliver their best work every single day and coach on a variety of people issues.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/span>
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring they understand and effectively carry out their roles and responsibilities and provide guidance in their professional growth and development.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/span>
  • Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, and skill development.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/span>
  • Provide compensation support including salary planning, promotions and incentive programs.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/span>
  • Partner with the business to lead performance management and talent development.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/span>
  • Work with managers and employees to address various employee relations issues.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/span>
  • Ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/span>
  • Work with the recruiting team on creating an aggressive recruitment strategy to hire customer centric technical support staff.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/span>
  • Advise and direct on matters related to compliance and employment law<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/span>
  • Work closely with the HR leadership team on company -wide HR initiatives including HRIS enhancements, organizational effectiveness, benefits and compensation strategy and training and development.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/span>
  • Other duties as assigned<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of HR Business Partner experience and a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
      <\/li><\/span>
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
      <\/li><\/span>
    • Strong experience with (and interest in) coaching and developing employees and managers
      <\/li><\/span>
    • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
      <\/li><\/span>
    • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.
      <\/li><\/span>
    • PHR or SPHR strongly preferred
      <\/li><\/span><\/ul>
