My client is a private equity-backed organization with approximately 100 employees across two offices, one in Texas and one in California. The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all human resources programs, policies, and processes that support the companys long-term growth and daily operations in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
This role is instrumental in cultivating an employee-centric culture rooted in collaboration, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a key role for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a growing, evolving organization and is excited to build and scale HR infrastructure in alignment with the goals of a PE-backed business.
