Alliance Nursing is a locally owned home health and adult family home company with a strong foundation and a growing regional footprint. We're hiring a healthcare industry-experienced Human Resources Manager / Generalist / Business Partner to help strengthen our core HR operations while supporting the organization through its next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on opportunity that blends day-to-day HR work with strategic partnership. You'll manage core HR functions like compliance, employee relations, and onboarding, while also advising leadership and helping shape processes and culture as we expand.
What You'll Do
You'll work closely with leadership, clinical teams, and recruiting to support both daily HR operations and long-term organizational goals. You'll manage the core functions that keep our teams thriving: compliance, employee relations, onboarding and orientation, benefits administration, credentialing, and offboarding. You'll also play a key role in recruitment and culture-building as we scale.
Some of your focus areas will include:
· Advising managers and directors on policies, employment law, and best practices.
· Leading onboarding and retention initiatives to support a strong, people-first culture.
· Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, and Washington State labor laws.
· Collaborating cross-functionally to solve problems and build scalable systems.
· Contributing to recruitment and selection for clinical and administrative roles.
Who You Are
You're a hands-on, detail-oriented HR professional with a strong working knowledge of employment law and compliance within the healthcare industry. You're just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get the work done as you are advising leadership and driving improvements. You communicate clearly, build trust easily, and bring a mix of tech savvy and adaptability that helps you thrive in a growing organization.
Required
· 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager, Generalist, Business Partner, or similar
· Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and WA State regulations.
· Healthcare Industry experience required
Preferred
· Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
· SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
· $40-$45/hour ($83,200/year - $93,600/year)
