Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Hotel Human Resource (People Services) Manager for an organization in Northern Central US.
The Work:
Leads by example at all levels of execution
Manage HR functions of an upscale, select-service hotel brand; ensure compliance with employment statutes and laws
Sourcing/recruiting, hiring, orientation, training, disciplinary action, compliance processes termination
System administrator HRIS system
Management of workers’ compensation claims, liaison with workers’ compensation carrier
Provide HR tools, resources and coaching for management
Prepare and maintain Human Resources budget.
Additional responsibilities are required.
What you’ve already done (requirements):
4+ years of experience as a hotel HR Manager
Previous success with both independent and branded hotels
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience successfully managing hotel HR functions
Multi property experience preferred.
