Schedule: Hybrid (In-office Tuesday–Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday; occasional clinic visits required)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead a team of HR Business Partners and champion strategic HR initiatives. This is a key leadership role responsible for aligning people strategies with organizational goals, coaching business leaders, and creating an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Based in Beaumont, this role will oversee HR operations across multiple clinic locations, partnering with leaders to drive talent, engagement, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop HR Business Partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
Partner with senior leadership on succession planning, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives.
Serve as a coach and advisor on leadership development and workforce strategy.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
Oversee complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and ethical resolution.
Guide HRBPs on investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
Support managers in building high-performing teams through effective coaching and performance practices.
Strategic HR Business Partnership
Act as a thought partner to operational leaders, identifying people challenges and driving strategic HR solutions.
Lead initiatives related to organizational design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation.
Align HR policies and practices with business needs while promoting fairness and consistency.
Workforce Analytics & Compliance
Utilize HR data to identify trends and inform workforce strategies.
Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and internal HR policies.
Collaborate with HR leadership to standardize processes across clinic locations.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of progressive HR experience, with broad generalist knowledge
3+ years in a leadership role managing HR Business Partners or HR teams
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR, Business, or related field preferred
Strong expertise in employee relations, leadership coaching, and strategic HR planning
Experience working with frontline managers, directors, and C-suite executives
Proven ability to drive change and influence key decision-makers
Strong understanding of federal and Texas labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
Executive presence and excellent communication skills
