Toyota's Ask HR Team is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Experience Specialist to support its transformation initiative in how HR engages with internal team members. This role is key to delivering an exceptional digital HR help experience by providing rapid, accurate, and empathetic responses to HR inquiries submitted via a custom online platform.
Serve as the first point of contact for Team Toyota employees seeking HR guidance via an internal digital tool
Provide accurate, friendly, and confidential responses in writing to 20–30 HR-related questions per day
Research inquiries using a knowledge library of 30+ categories, escalating when needed to internal SMEs
Apply sound judgment to triage and resolve or escalate inquiries within 24 hours
Interpret questions that may be vague or unclear and follow up for clarification
Identify the appropriate response based on employee classification, location, and entity
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all written communications
Support continuous improvement efforts to strengthen the Ask HR experience
2–3 years of customer service or call center experience
HR background or experience in HR-related support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable handling high-volume inquiries with speed and accuracy
Detail-oriented and highly confidential
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
High School Diploma or GED
Able to learn new systems quickly
Fluency in Spanish, French, or Japanese
Bachelor's degree
Writing or content management experience
Familiarity with Design Thinking or HR transformation initiatives
