We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Human Resources Specialist to join our Human Resources team at our corporate headquarters in Greenville, SC. This role plays a critical part in supporting HR operations with a primary focus on W2 clinician onboarding, HR systems management, compliance, process administration, and promoting the comopany's core values and values-based work culture.
You will be part of a collaborative HR team that plays a vital role in supporting clinicians and operational leaders nationwide. Manage the W2 clinician onboarding process, including distributing onboarding materials, initiating background checks and drug screens, launching onboarding in UKG, and updating systems accordingly
Complete and verify Form I-9 documentation and maintain I-9 files in compliance with federal guidelines
Upload and manage documentation within the HRIS and maintain confidential personnel records
Accurately input and process data in HRIS, CRM, and scheduling systems
Process time management edits following schedule lock and support Pay From Schedule audits
Respond to verification of employment requests not handled by third-party providers
Support cross-credentialing requests for clinicians adding new locations
Monitor and respond to HR support and onboarding email inboxes
Assist with HR documentation, audit reporting, and data integrity reviews across multiple systems
Provide customer service by answering team member questions and explaining HR policies and procedures
Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Required:
2–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including familiarity with FLSA classifications
Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe, Visio, or similar software
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
SHRM-CP certification
Prior healthcare experience
