We are seeking an HR Specialist to play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and overall HR support, helping shape the employee experience and strengthen our workplace culture.

This role starts as an HR Specialist but is perfect for someone eager to expand their HR knowledge and grow into broader responsibilities. This is an ideal role for someone aspiring to become an HR Generalist or future HR leader.

What You'll Do

• Lead full cycle recruiting for manufacturing and office positions, attracting top talent that aligns with our culture and values.
• Take full ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring every new hire has a seamless and engaging experience.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS data management.
• Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives to help our team thrive.
• Partner with leaders to adapt and overcome challenges as we grow.
• Support compliance and day-to-day HR operations.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in HR or a related field, preferably with manufacturing recruiting experience.
• Effective communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, accountable, and eager to take ownership.
• A mindset focused on learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
• Experience with HRIS systems, LMS knowledge a plus.
