  • Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives to help our team thrive.
  • Partner with leaders to adapt and overcome challenges as we grow.
  • Support compliance and day-to-day HR operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in HR or a related field, preferably with manufacturing recruiting experience.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, accountable, and eager to take ownership.
  • A mindset focused on learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, LMS knowledge a plus.

Why Join Us?

  • Employee-Owned Company: Share in the success you help create.
  • Culture of Growth: We encourage employees to adapt, overcome, thrive, and own it.
  • Career Development: Opportunity to grow your HR expertise and take on expanded responsibilities.
  • Competitive pay and benefits.
  • Collaborative environment: stable manufacturing workplace with a focus on people.

If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and helping people succeed, and you're excited about growing your HR career, we want to hear from you.
