As our next HR Specialist II, you’ll:
âï¸ Manage daily HR operations – including benefits administration, performance management, and employee record maintenance
âï¸ Support and maintain UKG Pro – assist with data integrity, system updates, and reporting
âï¸ Ensure compliance with employment laws like FMLA, FLSA, HIPAA, ADA, and OSHA
âï¸ Administer programs including Tuition Assistance, Loan Reimbursement, and Employee Recognition
âï¸ Provide HRIS support – troubleshooting, system access, and configuration
âï¸ Help plan employee engagement events and support training initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of HR experience, with focus on compliance and benefits
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
A collaborative spirit and commitment to top-tier service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems
Experience with UKG Pro is a plus!
