💼 What You’ll Do

As our next HR Specialist II, you’ll:
✔️ Manage daily HR operations – including benefits administration, performance management, and employee record maintenance
✔️ Support and maintain UKG Pro – assist with data integrity, system updates, and reporting
✔️ Ensure compliance with employment laws like FMLA, FLSA, HIPAA, ADA, and OSHA
✔️ Administer programs including Tuition Assistance, Loan Reimbursement, and Employee Recognition
✔️ Provide HRIS support – troubleshooting, system access, and configuration
✔️ Help plan employee engagement events and support training initiatives

🧠 What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of HR experience, with focus on compliance and benefits

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to top-tier service

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems

  • Experience with UKG Pro is a plus!
