The purpose of the position is to manage the full recruiting lifecycle process through strong partnership with human capital services and hiring managers for assigned colleges/departments/units. Counsel hiring colleges/departments/units on the university’s hiring processes and procedures to ensure appropriate compliance. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
