Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure all fundamental processes, support structures, performance metrics and operational mechanisms needed to meet objectives are established and effective
Set training delivery expectations for technical training team members, provide training, coaching and remove barriers, as needed; manage performance to HTM business objectives
Drive VCP through development of a robust new course training funnel. Drive development of opportunities to deliver purchase service savings through field enablement
Develop and deliver technical training content as required to meet agreed timelines
Through collaboration with the HTM program management team, support the development and delivery of program training as needed
Regularly communicate status and progress to internal stakeholders
Develop and deploy technical training effectiveness measurement process. Use insights to drive continual process improvements of training delivery
Oversee the delivery of the technical competency process
Improve training efficiencies through expansion of virtual course library and leveraging modern tools and platforms
Standardize and formalize curriculum and material;
Oversee class scheduling and logistics;
Support the expansion of the College of HTM
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of at least five years’ experience working in the HTM (Biomed) industry or developing and delivering training to a technical workforce;
Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives;
Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise.
Experience leading cross functional teams to achieve business goals;
Highly organized with an ability to cut through complexity to develop simple, straight-forward systems;
Self-starter who can work independently, with the confidence to make most decisions and quickly pulling in support as needed to achieve objectives;
Direct experience developing and delivering in-person, written or video-based training or technical communications to a distributed service team;
Strong influencing, communication and relational skills across business functions and leadership levels;
Service mindset with a passion for helping the field team achieve their goals by removing obstacles, providing guidance, and setting high standards
