Requirements

You'll Get a Chance to

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, communication, and scheduling.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and background checks.
  • Assist with campus recruiting efforts, including signing up for career fairs and events, coordinating logistics, and preparing materials.
  • Post HR policy updates, forms, and documents to shared drives, intranet, or other internal platforms.
  • Help manage HRIS data and generate reports.
  • Prepare offer letters under HR guidance.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and willingness to learn new software applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Associate’s degree or higher in any field (or equivalent work experience).

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $23.00 - 27.00.

What You Should Know

This is a full-time in-office role based in our Lake Oswego office. While there is flexibility in your weekly schedule, you’ll need to be available to work onsite at least 4 days a week. Our standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
