Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Position Summary:
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function, member related activities, projects and administrative tasks as defined below.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Job Functions:
- Support the maintenance of employee personnel files and HRIS records.
- Ensure employee files and processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Support audits and HR reporting by preparing data and documentation.
- Assist with payroll preparation by gathering and verifying timekeeping data.
- Support benefits enrollment and respond to basic benefits inquiries.
- Assist with onboarding activities by preparing new-hire documentation, confirming completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screens, and supporting first-day orientation.
- Initiates Member Life Event forms.
- Serves as first point of contact for employees to resolve/assist with routine questions and requests.
- Track employee trainings and compliance records.
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating safety meetings in Spanish, as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business or related field of study.
- A minimum of 3 years related experience as an Administrative Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, or office administrative role/environment is highly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Must be able to deal with confidential information in a professional manner associated with the role.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience in working with HRIS systems.
- Ability to multi-task.
