Job Duties:
Joining the team to execute effective recruiting initiatives and strategies.
Build a network to maintain a qualified pool of potential candidates in advance of need.
Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
Update applicant tracker in real time.
Frequent and accurate communication with other recruiters, applicants, HR, and management.
Significant amount of tracking and administrative tasks in recruiting for primarily field positions.
Completing the full process from selection to getting the applicant in the door for onboarding which includes, but not limited to; getting completed applications, verifying positions, gaps in employment, running background checks, making sure applicant is qualified, verify documents, getting approval from HR, answering applicant questions, follow up, communication, and getting the applicant to the door to onboard (what to bring, where to go, time, etc.)
Efficiently and effectively fill all open positions.
Provide suggestions for improving our processes for candidate recruiting.
Working understanding of the screening process/cross train in unassigned areas.
Become an expert user of recruiting platforms.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales or customer service.
4 year college degree is preferred.
Acceptable background and MVR
Work in the office (no remote work)
Pass drug test
Knowledge of labor and employment laws a plus
Ability to build relationships with applicants
Fast paced and assertive
Customer service oriented
Results driven (hitting numbers, handling high pressure)
Detail oriented
Above average organizational skills
Above average written and verbal communication skills
