What will you be doing?? You will be providing high-level customer service to both internal and external customers, answering the phone, and assisting employees, managers, applicants, County officials, and other individuals regarding department services, activities, procedures, forms, and other related information. You will be developing and maintaining effective working relationships across the entire organization. You will complete employment verifications, process invoices, manage our job postings on LinkedIn, work with our hiring managers on job postings/requisitions, and other administrative duties.
We are seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a can-do attitude. Human Resources experience is preferred, but at least two (2) years of administrative experience is required. Must have experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
