Position Summary:
The Human Resources Assistant supports daily HR operations by coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and compliance functions, and serving as a frontline resource for employee inquiries. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
