Human Resources Assistant
Location: Amherst, NY
The hourly range for this position starts at $26.00/hour- $31.25/hour, depending on experience, qualifications and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.
This HR Assistant role is formally titled: P&C Assistant (People & Culture) within our organization.
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and peopleâfocused Human Resources (People & Culture) Assistant to support daily administrative operations while also leading key aspects of our employee recognition programs. The ideal candidate will execute various administrative tasks, with an emphasis on confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Equally important, this individual will play a vital role in enhancing our workplace culture by ensuring employees feel valued, celebrated, and supported.
