This role is based out of our Corporate Office in South Portland, ME.  We offer a hybrid schedule. 

Salary Range- $22.00-$25.00 based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with payroll, PTO processing, and benefits inquiries

• Maintain employee records and support HR reporting and compliance

• Help distribute performance reviews and update policies

• Take on special projects to expand your HR knowledge and capabilities

• Support Recruiting and Insurance teams with administrative tasks

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or equivalent (office experience preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a team
