The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Enterprise Technology & Security (ETS) is a strategic advisor to technology and security leaders, driving a focused, high-impact people agenda that enables business performance, operational excellence, and innovation. This role partners closely with leaders across engineering, infrastructure, cyber security, data, and risk to shape and execute talent strategies that strengthen leadership capability, enhance team effectiveness, and ensure a competitive and engaging employee experience in the U.S. market. As part of a broader global ETS HR model, this role ensures strong alignment with global priorities while delivering tailored, on-the-ground support to U.S. teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
• Partner with ETS leadership teams to align people strategies with business priorities, including transformation, resiliency, and innovation agendas
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and team performance
• Translate business strategy into actionable workforce and talent plans
Talent & Workforce Strategy
• Lead workforce planning, including hiring strategies, location decisions, and skill-based talent planning across critical areas (e.g., cyber, cloud, data, AI)
• Drive strategies to attract, develop, and retain critical technology and security talent (e.g., cyber, cloud, AI, data)
• Enable internal mobility and career pathways to strengthen the talent pipeline
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
• Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize structure, spans/layers, and operating models
• Support leaders through change, including large-scale transformations and new capability build-outs (e.g., COEs, GCC expansion)
• Diagnose organizational health and implement targeted interventions to improve engagement and performance
Leadership Development & Engagement
• Coach and develop leaders to strengthen leadership capability, inclusion, and team effectiveness
• Drive engagement strategies aligned to the ETS employee value proposition and global people plan
• Partner on succession planning and development of “ready now” and emerging leaders
Performance & Rewards
• Lead performance management processes, including calibration and differentiation of top talent
• Partner with Compensation to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices aligned to market dynamics for tech and security talent
• Guide leaders through complex performance and employee relations matters
Data-Driven Insights
• Leverage specific people data to inform decisions on hiring, retention, engagement, and performance
• Provide actionable insights to leaders on workforce trends and risks
• Track and measure impact of HR strategies across ETS teams
Qualifications
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering in complex, matrixed organizations
• Experience supporting technology, security, or digital organizations preferred
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategies to business outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
• Experience operating in a global model, including partnership with offshore/GCC teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with ability to coach senior leaders
• Data-driven mindset with comfort leveraging metrics and insights

Hours & Work Schedule
Work Schedule: M-F (4x in office Johnston, RI)
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
