We aim to build high-performance teams and a scalable platform for acquiring multiple companies and opening 12-24 new clinic locations annually.


We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who is ready to lead HR projects and oversee the success of Mergers and Acquisitions within Mountain Land. In this role, you will drive integration of newly partnered clinics and team members while executing strategic HR initiatives. You’ll work closely with frontline leaders, Operations, and Support Teams to ensure our HR practices enhance both employee experience and business goals.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Achieve 100% onboarding completion for M&A employees within 14 days.
  • Meeting retention benchmarks of clinical staff after M&A activity. 
  • Completion of major HR projects and collecting feedback on HR initatives. 

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 annaul salary


Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range

Requirements
  • 5+ years in a Human Resources position and 2+ of those years in leadership
  • Expertise in change management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Preferred: Proven HR leadership experience, with demonstrated success in M&A integration
