Position Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and helping our leaders build high-performing, engaged teams. We're looking for someone who enjoys providing strategic insight and genuinely cares about creating a workplace where everyone can succeed.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to managers and senior leaders, providing coaching and guidance to enhance leadership effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and proactively address areas for improvement using data-driven insights.
  • Lead employee relations processes, including conducting thorough investigations and guiding resolutions with empathy and fairness.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Support performance management processes, talent development, and leadership training initiatives.
  • Partner across the organization to effectively manage organizational changes, including communication strategies and change management practices.
  • Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives, always seeking innovative ways to enhance our HR practices.
  • Drive key HR projects, including compensation analysis, performance reviews, and other strategic initiatives to support organizational growth.

Qualifications Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Approximately 6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with 1+ years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and provide thoughtful, practical solutions.
  • Experience conducting employee investigations and providing guidance on sensitive employee relations issues.
  • Solid understanding of employment law, HR policies, and best practices - multi-state experience preferred.
  • Experience in renewable energy or related industries is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience working in a publicly traded company is strongly preferred.
