Position Summary

The HR Business Partner will support a rapidly growing, employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal attainment while driving the development of a superior workforce. This position will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and will focus primarily on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives through the efficient and effective delivery of HR services.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicates with HR leadership and business leaders to inform, align, and plan for the effective delivery of HR services for assigned business units.
  • Partners with business leaders to assess organizational structures, clarify roles & responsibilities, and recommend organizational design changes that improve efficiency & scalability.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor for people leaders on performance management strategies, leave management tools, talent development, etc.
  • Acts as liaison between assigned business unit members and HR Specialists/teammates
  • Solves employee relations issues and provides expert guidance on conflict resolution strategies.
  • Designs and supports leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Identifies and makes recommendations for employee retention and engagement strategies.
  • Assists with the coordination and dissemination of internal company communications.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Supports all other programs, HR initiatives, and/or projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree preferred.
  • Five years' experience as HRBP preferred.
  • Proficiency with utilization and/or implementation of HRIS, ATS systems
  • Experience in software, SaaS, or tech manufacturing, with an understanding of technical roles and skills
  • Ability to use HR analytics to solve business problems.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders in a multi-state, multi-location employer.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with managers and senior leadership.
