Our team is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join them. You will report to the Human Resources Director and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will:
Act as an integral member of, and trusted advisor and coach to, the site management team. You will support the development and execution of talent strategies and solutions for the site and ensure the consistent delivery and implementation of the Global HR Operating model.
You will also partner the Centres of Expertise within the HR function to ensure the consistent delivery of all aspects of HR: performance management, organizational design, employee relations, benefits & compensation, talent acquisition, talent management, training, compliance, equality and diversity.
