You'll lead programs that prepare the company for what's next-from workforce planning and succession strategies to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that create a workplace where every employee feels valued. By analyzing workforce trends, facilitating organizational development sessions, and driving strategic HR initiatives, you become the bridge between people and strategy, making a tangible impact on both our culture and our business.
