Summary:

The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner for our globally expanding organization by ensuring alignment between the business operations and human resources practices and objectives. Frequently engages with front line supervisors, managers and directors on projects and initiatives. This position will provide strong partnership in talent acquisition activities, leading change, supporting organizational development, performance guidance, policy interpretation, daily leadership coaching, culture development, payroll,  and employee relations activities. This position will focus on improving organizational effectiveness using analytics and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts and supports employee investigations, ensuring through objective, and compliant resolution of workplace issues in partnership with leadership and legal where necessary.
  • Trains Supervisors/managers on HR processes and procedures, including investigations, performance management, compliance, terminations, and other core HR responsibilities to ensure consistency and understanding across teams.
  • Consults with HR leaders on  HR guidance as appropriate. This includes complex problem-solving support related to performance management, employee relations, investigations, termination handling, and organizational changes.
  • Collaborates with leaders to identify training needs and advocate for continuous learning. Provides coaching and mentoring support to develop leadership capability and employee growth.
  • Partners with business leaders to develop and implement career and succession planning strategies, identifying high-potential talent and ensuring leadership continuity across the organization.
  • Maintains clear and current knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends to inform decision-making and keep the organization compliant and competitive.
  • Ensures consistent application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Supports payroll-related activities, partnering with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing and issue resolution.
  • Promotes and communicates human resources initiatives within assigned business units to ensure consistent adoption and integration of programs such as performance management, engagement, and talent development.
  • Acts as a culture ambassador, reinforcing company values and driving employee engagement through positive leadership and communication.
  • Participates in full-cycle recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies that support the attraction, selection, and successful recruitment of potential talent aligned with staffing goals and overall business objectives.
  • Serves as a liaison between assigned departments and HR functional areas (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll), facilitating effective collaboration and service delivery.
  • Performs other duties related to human resources as assigned May lead or contribute to various HR projects and initiatives that support organizational growth and employee success


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) will be beneficial
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.  Minimum of 2 years as an HRBP or generalist experience will be required
  • Experience with investigations, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Working knowledge of payroll processes and employment law
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and coach/mentor at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with UKG will be beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and navigate change effectively.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and presentation sills with the ability to engage with others, establish trust and build solid professional relationships, influence at all levels.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may be required to sit for prolonged periods.

Working Conditions:

Heated and air-conditioned office and manufacturing environment.
