A Day in the Life of:

As our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you'll be both a strategic and hands-on partner to assigned business units. You'll work side by side with leaders and employees to align HR strategies with organizational goals, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. From talent acquisition and workforce planning to employee relations and engagement, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our people thrive.

Responsibilities and Duties:

In this role, you will build trusted partnerships with leaders by providing consultative HR support and guidance. You will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts while strengthening our talent pipeline and working closely with leaders to develop actionable plans that improve retention and engagement. With fairness, professionalism, and a strong focus on compliance, you will manage employee relations and support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure employees are set up for success from day one. You will also play a key role in driving change management initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and collaborate with HR colleagues on organization-wide programs such as performance management, leadership development, and engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will conduct both exit and stay interviews, providing valuable insights to strengthen retention efforts. Partnering with Compliance, you will help prepare for audits and support risk management activities. Throughout, you will maintain a strong on-site presence to directly support business units and foster meaningful connections with employees and leaders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; SHRM/HRCI certification preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and talent management
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to balance strategic priorities with operational needs
  • Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs
