Reduce average time-to-fill metric for hourly roles to ≤ 30 days.

Reduce unplanned absenteeism by 10–15% year over year.

Achieve ≥ 90% participation rate and improve overall Great Place To Work Trust Index score by ≥ 3 percentage points annually after the next cycle.

Maintain voluntary turnover of ≤ 5% quarterly.

Act as a key safety advisor by supporting the safety committee and ensuring people-related safety training and documentation remain compliant, with ≥ 98% on-time training completion.
