As the HR Business Partner for our Plattsburgh facility, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike, shaping a culture of accountability, respect, and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact every day — from strengthening leadership capability and resolving employee matters to building a reliable workforce that keeps production moving.

Outcomes:


  • Reduce average time-to-fill metric for hourly roles to ≤ 30 days.
  • Reduce unplanned absenteeism by 10–15% year over year.
  • Achieve ≥ 90% participation rate and improve overall Great Place To Work Trust Index score by ≥ 3 percentage points annually after the next cycle.
  • Maintain voluntary turnover of ≤ 5% quarterly.
  • Act as a key safety advisor by supporting the safety committee and ensuring people-related safety training and documentation remain compliant, with ≥ 98% on-time training completion.
