We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across our organization.
What You’ll Do
In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll serve as both a strategic and operational partner, providing expert guidance across a broad range of human resources disciplines. You’ll deliver consistent, compliant, and businessâaligned HR solutions that support organizational performance, employee relations, and workforce effectiveness. This role applies independent judgment, sound discretion, and strong business acumen to address moderately complex to complex employee and labor matters, support performance and talent decisions, and ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements. You’ll balance handsâon operational HR support with proactive consulting and continuous improvement to drive effective, sustainable HR practices.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field and bring seven or more years of progressive human resources experience, including employee and labor relations, performance management, staffing, compensation, and compliance. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to advise and influence leaders at multiple levels of the organization, possess a strong working knowledge of employment and labor laws, and have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problemâsolving skills. The ideal candidate is a trusted, consultative partner who exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality and professionalism, and applies business and operational acumen to deliver dataâinformed solutions. Experience supporting unionized environments, administering collective bargaining agreements, navigating organizational change, and holding an advanced degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRMâCP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is preferred.
