This position will be part of the Intermountain Divisions Human Resource Team, reporting to the Director, HR. This team drives the people and culture dimension of our business strategy. We work collectively to evolve our culture, strengthen our organization, engage our associates, and drive superior service.
Position Profile:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, based in our Boise, Idaho office, you will be a key strategic partner in this organization. This role will support multiple District leaders and teams in various geographies. You will provide thought leadership to our business leaders and others on the HR team to effectively lead the ‘people component’ of Divisions business strategy, particularly focusing on the attraction, development, and retention of our associates. The Intermountain Division is seeking an exceptional Human Resources Business Partner who will positively impact the business, solve people opportunities, drive operational effectiveness, and will add to our inclusive environment. As the HR Business Partner, you are responsible for driving and leading the people strategy and initiatives across the organization. You will be a trusted advisor to business leaders on the development of long-term goals of the organization, structure, talent, and culture. You will support associates in our stores and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
