We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our People Solutions team. The Work
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations across US and International locations, addressing concerns effectively and professionally.
- Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Support performance management by assisting in performance reviews, goal setting, and development.
- Conduct internal audits of HR policies, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with other team members to drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across the department.
- Analyze complex data to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with leadership in the implementation of corporate policies.
- Lead talent management and succession planning activity as part of talent reviews and proactive performance management.
- Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations, including labor laws and employment regulations in multiple countries.
The Must-Haves
- Proven experience in handling employee relations and resolving workplace issues on a global scale.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute employee engagement strategies.
- Solid background in performance management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance with state and international employment laws, regulations, and policies.
- Experience with auditing processes, specifically within HR operations.
- Proven ability to maintain confidential, ethical, compliant, and timely HR practices and policies across multiple global regions.
- Extraordinary values-based, collaborative team player.
Nice to Have:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience with HR systems and tools, such as HRIS and performance management software.
- Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or GPHR.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in HR, including AI deployment, human-centered governance, and employment law risks.
- Experience with immigration management and global workforce mobility.
