About the Role:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll serve as both a tactical and strategic partner between the HR function and business units. You will advise leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development — all while driving initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and retention. This role is a critical connector, ensuring people strategies align with company goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

A Day in the Life:

You’ll be…

  • Partnering with Stakeholders: Collaborating closely with mid-line leadership, leveraging Crewmember feedback to influence change, and ensuring a fair and compliant workplace.
  • Managing Employee Relations: Resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and working with HR Managers to recommend solutions that support a positive work environment.
  • Driving Performance Management: Supporting performance reviews, coaching line managers, and brainstorming engagement and development programs.
  • Ensuring HR Compliance: Maintaining compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ADA accommodations.
  • Supporting Learning & Development: Identifying training needs, partnering on leadership development, and contributing to employee growth initiatives.
  • Overseeing HR Data & Reporting: Managing Workers’ Compensation claims in partnership with insurance carriers and safety teams.
  • Leading Projects: Lead and provide expertise on improvement projects impacting the Human Resources Department.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP responsibilities.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze issues, think strategically, and provide innovative solutions.
  • Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Skill, Licenses, & Certifications:

  • SHRM or PHR Certification (Preferred)

 

Pay & Perks:

Compensation is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
