While we will continue to offer a flexible work schedule, we are only considering candidates who are enthusiastic about being in the Rosemont office to collaborate with their colleagues three days per week.

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and employees, driving HR initiatives that support our business goals while fostering a positive, productive workplace culture. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced HR generalist with strong strategic insight and a passion for working in a small business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Support:
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Partner with managers on organizational structure, talent planning, and workforce development.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and offers.
Design and facilitate effective onboarding programs to ensure employee engagement from day one.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Champion a positive company culture through engagement initiatives, feedback channels, and team development activities.
Performance Management:
Coordinate performance review processes and support managers in giving constructive feedback.
Help identify training needs and facilitate learning opportunities.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records in compliance with labor laws.
Administer compensation, benefits, time off, and leave programs.
Culture & Change Management:
Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing company values and change readiness.
Support leadership through periods of growth or organizational change.
Succession Planning & Offboarding
Support the business with succession planning and partner with management to facilitate effective employee offboarding.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized business.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels.
Experience with HR software (e.g., Gusto, BambooHR, ADP) is a plus.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a bonus.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Rosemont office, 3 days per week.
Ability to attend local industry and company events, as needed.
