Program Overview:

Accelevation is committed to developing the future leaders of our organization, and as part of that commitment, we are proud to offer our Co-op and Internship Program. Throughout your experience as an Accelevation intern, you'll receive one-on-one mentorship and valuable opportunities to build your skills and confidence through meaningful, real-world projects that make an impact on the business. 

 

In addition to your internship project assignment, you’ll participate in dedicated roundtable discussions with Accelevation executives and senior leaders, Lunch and Learn presentations delivered by various leaders on their respective areas of the business, and outings with your peers.

 

Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates may be considered for full-time opportunities with Accelevation following graduation.

 

The duration of this internship is May 25th, 2026 through August 14th, 2026.

 

HR Business Partner Intern: Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The HRBP Intern will support our Human Resources/People Team in delivering strategic people solutions across the organization. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in business-aligned HR practices, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and talent management, working closely with HRBPs and business leaders to drive employee success.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field at an accredited four-year university at the time of the internship.
  • Completed at least two years of undergraduate study by the time of the internship.
  • Innovative and curious self-starter with a desire to bring new ideas and make a meaningful impact.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and complete tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
