Johnson County's Department of Human Resources is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner or Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a desire to join a collaborative and high performing team in an organization that positively impacts thousands of lives in our community every day. The HRBP works collaboratively with HR and Department/Agencies/Office (DAO) executive management and serves as a primary point of contact for the assigned portfolio. Through strategic consultation and collaboration with DAO leadership and HR Centers of Excellence (COE), the HRBP supports organizational effectiveness and DAO operational outcomes aligned with people initiatives across the organization. Pay Range: (Min) $32.93 to (Max) $49.40 - pay will be based on relevant experience
