Essential Functions
Analyzes human capital trends and metrics in partnership with the Human Resources Team to develop solutions, programs, and policies that support the Organization
Serve as the primary Human Resources Business Partner for Operations managers and their employees ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies while also supporting a positive employee experience.
Partner with People Leaders to drive effective performance management, including coaching, progressive discipline, performance action plans, and terminations while mitigating organizational risk.
Drive employee engagement initiatives by analyzing survey data, identifying morale concerns, supporting recognition programs, and maintaining a visible and approachable HR presence within departments of responsibility
Assist with and support change management initiatives such as restructures, policy updates, etc. by coaching leaders, facilitating communication, and minimizing disruption to employees
Coach and develop frontline People Leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance communication skills, and build capability in managing people and performance.
Top of Form
Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous optimization of the company’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system, with a primary focus on Workday functionality across core modules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HCM-related inquiries by troubleshooting system issues
Manage system-driven employee lifecycle processes (e.g., onboarding, job changes, compensation cycles, and terminations) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to organizational policies.
Maintain and enhance data integrity within the HCM system by performing regular audits ensuring timely processing of HR transactions.
Ensures compliance with Federal and State employment regulations and company policies in all areas of employment.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or commensurate work experience required
4 years of experience in Human Resources required
2 years of Workday system administration experience required
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
Financial industry experience preferred
Experience in areas of employment law and regulation associated with organizational responsibility required
Working knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems required
Workday experience preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time. The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
