The Neosho School District is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide confidential and professional support for district human resources operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes

  • Maintain accurate personnel records and documentation

  • Assist with certification tracking and employee compliance requirements

  • Support human resources systems, data management, and reporting

  • Prepare personnel-related materials and documentation

  • Provide professional, confidential customer service to employees and applicants

  • Assist with state and federal compliance requirements and audits

  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills

  • Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities

  • Experience with HR systems and databases preferred

  • Knowledge of school district operations and compliance
