Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate personnel records and documentation
Assist with certification tracking and employee compliance requirements
Support human resources systems, data management, and reporting
Prepare personnel-related materials and documentation
Provide professional, confidential customer service to employees and applicants
Assist with state and federal compliance requirements and audits
Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities
Experience with HR systems and databases preferred
Knowledge of school district operations and compliance
