Support daily HR operations and provide administrative and customer service support to employees and managers
Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure accurate data management and compliance
Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
Assist in delivering a positive and consistent employee experience
Job Duties
Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and I-9 completion
Maintain and organize employee files and documentation
Perform HR data audits and ensure accuracy within HRIS and timekeeping systems
Process employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, compensation updates, leaves of absence, and terminations
Serve as a point of contact for timekeeping and payroll-related inquiries
Process bonus payments, compensation adjustments, and invoices; coordinate approvals with Accounts Payable
Prepare reports for HR, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders
Support compliance programs, including drug and alcohol testing
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Assist with HR projects and other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2–4 years of HR support or administrative experience
Bilingual preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with HR systems and timekeeping platforms
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
