We are seeking an individual to join our HR team as Human Resources Coordinator. This is an entry-level position that is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. Our Company is World Choice Investments LLC, a collection of family friendly fun-attractions, Dolly Parton's Stampede, Pirates Voyage, Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud, The Comedy Barn, Frizzle Chicken Café and Titanic Musuem Attraction.
The position primarily carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: administrative /clerical support, recruitment assistance, onboarding/orientation, employee recognition/perks.
Administrative/Clerical Support: assist with managing paperwork, maintaining employee records, and day-to-day task essential to HR operations.
Recruitment Assistance: attend and host local job fairs, create and post job listings, review and prescreen applications, schedule interviews for hiring managers.
Onboarding/Orientation: assist with digital onboarding, be compliant with USCIS form I-9 employment eligibility verification, welcome new hires to the organization by facilitating orientations.
Employee Recognition/Perks: assist with employee of the month programs, assist with planning and oversee employee events, maintain employee perks within the organization.
