What You'll Do

• Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth new hire experience

• Maintain employee records and support HR compliance

• Assist with recruitment, job postings, and initial candidate screenings

• Partner with department leaders to address staffing needs

• Help organize training and support employee development initiatives

• Respond to employee questions regarding policies and procedures

• Assist with performance review processes
