At Lewis Automotive Group, we’re seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing team in Fayetteville. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily HR operations of our dealership, including:
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
Maintaining employee records and supporting HR compliance
Administering benefits and responding to employee questions
Supporting training initiatives and engagement activities
Coordinating payroll details and HR reporting
To be successful (and eligible) for this position, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Experience:
You have at least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources support role.
Education or Equivalent:
You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — OR comparable hands-on experience in an HR position.
HR Knowledge:
You’re familiar with core employment laws like FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, HIPAA, OSHA and EEO and understand the importance of confidentiality and compliance.
Tech Proficiency:
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems such as Paycom is a plus.
Communication & Confidentiality:
You can communicate clearly and handle confidential information professionally, with employees at all levels.
Work Authorization:
You are legally authorized to work in the United States. And you have a clear driving record.
