About the Role

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily HR operations at Workhorse. This position is responsible for providing hands-on HR administrative support across two Ohio locations—Lebanon and Sharonville. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while serving as a reliable resource for employees and managers.

 

What You Will Do

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR systems
  • Support timecard management, including auditing, corrections, and employee inquiries
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, resume coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (new hire paperwork, system access, orientation coordination, exit documentation)
  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to employees and leadership
  • Assist with benefits administration support, including enrollments and employee questions
  • Ensure HR practices remain compliant with company policies and applicable employment laws
  • Partner with payroll and leadership to ensure accurate and timely data submission
  • Support special HR projects as needed
Requirements
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role
  • Experience with timecard management and employee recordkeeping
  • Familiarity with recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness and ability to split time between the Lebanon and Sharonville offices

What Makes You Eligible

  • Experience working in a multi-site or manufacturing environment
  • HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
