Our organization is actively seeking an HR Coordinator who will facilitate human resource processes, including recruitment, benefit administration, and general accounting tasks.

PAY RANGE: $20.00 - 25.65/hr

  • Sick Days accrual per WA State Sick Leave Law for part-time employees (1 hr sick accrued for every 40 hours worked)
  • Part-Time employees accrue paid time off (PTO) with a cap of 37 hours per year
  • Vision insurance (plan paid 100% by BGCWC for employee only coverage)
  • Life Insurance/Supplemental/Spouse/Children Insurance available (50% of life insurance premium paid by BGCWC) for Full-Time employee
  • Short Term Disability (50% of premium paid by BGCWC) for Full-Time employee
  • Long Term Disability (50% of premium paid by BGCWC) for Full-Time employee
  • 401k plan after 1 year of service & 1,000 hours worked (minimum 21 years of age)
