We are seeking an organized and energized HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department in managing daily operations, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring smooth HR processes from recruitment to employee relations. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who thrives in a people-centric, fast-paced setting, acting as a key liaison between employees and management.
Qualifications:
- Prior Human Resources experience is preferred, not required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Positive "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required; experience with HRIS is a plus
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
- A self-starter with an eagerness to help their team and employees.
Starting salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule: Full-time, working Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
