Position Profile

Our Human Resources team is seeking a Coordinator to join us in our Fort Worth office. The Human Resources Coordinator will perform on-boarding and off-boarding support processes, update data in our HRIS system, address routine compliance needs, ensure data integrity, process and review new hire background screenings and other HR related administrative duties.

  • You have a couple years of experience through school, work or other. You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or a related field, and 0-2 years of experience in human resources, communications, administration or a similar field.

Example responsibilities

  • Responsible for new hire and contractor on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Responsible for launching and reviewing employee background checks
  • Coordinates with payroll to obtain information for payroll process
  • Responsible for managing and routing the HR Helpdesk emails
  • Conducts exit interviews with temporary employees
  • Prepares exit packets for a variety of separating employees
  • Maintains records related to compliance needs.
  • Creates and distributes new hire agendas for upcoming hires in coordination with direct report managers
  • Compiles and distributes upcoming employee report
  • Coordinates with Recruiting to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
