Overview

$17 - $24.25 salary is based off of experience.

 

Day Shift - Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Red River Hospital is a 96-bed psychiatric inpatient/outpatient treatment hospital in Wichita Falls, Texas.  Red River provides leading inpatient treatment for Adolescents, Adult, Military, Detox/Addiction/Seniors and Sub-Acute Adolescents.  In addition to inpatient services, Red River provides two additional levels of care incuding a partial hospitilization program and an intensive outpatient program.  Red River offers a safe environment to help individuals regain control of their lives.

 

PURPOSE STATEMENT: 

The HR Corrdinator's primary objective is to ensure that the human resources operations run smoothly and efficiently.  The coordinator will enable employee success, and foster a positive culture through efficient administrative support, communication and compliance.  Additionally the human resources core processes including but not limited to:  benefits, compensation, labor relations and organizational development.   

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Coordinate new hire and benefits orientation, employee training programs, hiring support, job analysis, compensation analysis, and/or routine employee relations. 
  • Act as first point of contact with employees and supervisors on HR-related inquiries. 
  • judgement and discretion to HR issues and concerns and direct any complex issues to more senior HR staff. 
  • Update and maintain employee data in UltiPro and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.  
  • Manage processes connected with the onboarding of new employees, process terminations largely consisting of ensuring UltiPro data entry and communication to respective departments.  
  • May perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas and interact directly with corporate employees with respect to planning, problem resolution, process improvement and reporting. 
  • Interpret and communicate routine organizational policies and procedures. 
  • Evaluate and apply information to provide advice to employees and management staff on Human Resources practices, policies, processes and expectations.  

OTHER FUNCTIONS:  

  • Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is preferred 
  • Two or more years’ human resources office experience . 

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:  

  • Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.
