The Human Resources Coordinator of Faupel Automotive (Kate Faupel Chevrolet GMC & Kate Faupel Ford) will assist our executive team in managing employee onboarding/records, various projects and community events, and other tasks as needed.
Essential Duties
Employee set up in payroll and benefit portals
Employee set up in company systems (DMS, CRM, email, server access, etc.)
Provide new hire benefit packets and track benefit enrollment timing
Maintain company texting platform and send messages as needed
Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees
Maintain/update employee payroll records (wages, deductions, benefits, taxes, etc.)
Assist with annual open enrollment for employee benefits
Assist with 401k employee enrollment/setup
Order nametags, business cards, employee signage, etc. as needed
Assist with monthly meeting set ups (snacks, paperwork, etc.)
Update website and digital boards for top salesperson of the month
Work with website providers to update promotional banners on website(s)
Keep staff page and pictures updated on website(s)
Assist with sponsorships – communication, budget, IMR reimbursements, events
Other tasks as needed
