The Human Resources Coordinator of Faupel Automotive (Kate Faupel Chevrolet GMC & Kate Faupel Ford) will assist our executive team in managing employee onboarding/records, various projects and community events, and other tasks as needed. 

 

Essential Duties 

  • Employee set up in payroll and benefit portals 

  • Employee set up in company systems (DMS, CRM, email, server access, etc.) 

  • Provide new hire benefit packets and track benefit enrollment timing 

  • Maintain company texting platform and send messages as needed 

  • Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees 

  • Maintain/update employee payroll records (wages, deductions, benefits, taxes, etc.) 

  • Assist with annual open enrollment for employee benefits 

  • Assist with 401k employee enrollment/setup 

  • Order nametags, business cards, employee signage, etc. as needed 

  • Assist with monthly meeting set ups (snacks, paperwork, etc.) 

  • Update website and digital boards for top salesperson of the month 

  • Work with website providers to update promotional banners on website(s) 

  • Keep staff page and pictures updated on website(s) 

  • Assist with sponsorships – communication, budget, IMR reimbursements, events 

  • Other tasks as needed
