About this role:

Are you passionate about people, process improvement, and using technology to make a positive impact? We're hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Fargo-based team!

The Human Resources Coordinator will support key employment initiatives while helping to maintain and enhance internal systems and processes. This role contributes to the operational efficiency of the HR team and the agency by administering programs related to employee recognition, training and development, risk management, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in leveraging technology, automation, and process improvements to support a positive employee and client experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate training, compliance audits, and employee recognition programs
  • Manage quality assurance programs and systems to ensure a top-notch client experience
  • Help maintain HR systems, intranet content, and policy documentation
  • Analyze data and help drive process improvements

What You Bring:

  • A degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional office setting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
  • A passion for making the employee and client experience better every day

Preferred: SHRM-CP certification and/or experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
