How You'll Contribute:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and coordination support to the Human Resources Department. This role will work closely with HR Business Partners and team members across departments to ensure efficient onboarding, HRIS management, program support, and overall HR process compliance. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about human resources, dedicated to continuous improvement, and bring excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to the team.
Position Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator provides administrative support and coordination duties to the Human Resources Department. The HR Coordinator will support the HR team with duties, including new hire onboarding, HRIS data input and reporting, HR program support, talent and organizational development, and other work as directed.
The HR Coordinator formulates partnerships across EquiTrust business units/divisions and the Human Resources function to gain knowledge and understanding, as well as to deliver value-added service to the HR Team, leadership, and team members that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
