Job Summary:
Provides support and assistance to customers of the human resources department as an HR professional by performing various administrative duties and is the first point of contact for the HR needs of hospital associates. Assists in maintaining hospital badge and door access system, responds to employment verification and other requests as needed and provides general employee assistance. Directs associates to the most appropriate method to obtain information relative to payroll, benefits, recruitment, retirement etc. Provides administrative HR support, including preparing presentations, generating monthly and ad hoc reports, sending associate communications and other projects as needed.

The estimated base pay for this position is $25.13 to $34.47. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
